Finnish Measurement Systems Ltd is the leading supplier of automatic heavy oil and crude oil stability and compatibility analyzers. Our main product is Porla analyzer for oil refining process optimization, for blending of fuels, crude oils and bitumen, as well as for developing new oil products and processes. Our products are well known all over the world in oil refining industry, in oil production and in oil research institutes.

The headquarters of Finnish Measurement Systems Ltd, founded 1996, is located in Karttula, Finland. Application laboratory is located in Kulloo, Finland. We are developing, manufacturing and selling globally laboratory and on-line instruments for quality control and for process optimization in oil industry. FMS experts have a long and extensive experience of developing modern user-friendly solutions to improve the quality of products and for monitoring of the processes to achieve cost reductions and higher productivity. FMS has sales and service organization in more than 20 countries. The history of FMS started from Finnish oil refining industry and the company was subsidiary of Finnish Oil Company Fortum Oil and Gas Ltd. Today the majority of the shareholders are investors and key persons of the company.
